Ingredents:
- 200g chinken wings
- 3 Potatos
- 10g gingar
- 1 clove garlic
-500ml water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp old soy sauce
- 1 tsp chinese cooking wine
- white papper
- Salt
Method :
1. Wash the chicken wings , use paper towel to dry it .
2. Add chinese cooking wine , soy sauce , white papper and salt with chicken wings into a bowl for 15mins.
3. Peeled the potato and cut to medium cudes.
4. Fry the chicken wings and potato in a pan until gold colour then remove from the pan.
5. Add ginger and flattened garlic into the pan , when smell come out then add chicken wings and patato back.
6. Add water , oyster sauce , old soy sauce into the pan with chicken wings and potato and use slow heat to cook for 25mins or until cook.
