Chocolate Mousse


Chocolate Mousse

Main Ingredents:

- Egg

- Double cream

- Chocolate

- Sugar

Ingredents :

- 2Eggs

- 800g Double cream

- 50g 70%Chocolate

- 30g Sugar

Method :

1. Use a saucepan add 1cup of water and cover with a bowl in medium heat.

2. Separate egg white and egg yolk.

3. Stiring egg white and sugar continue to whisk.

4. Add chocolate into the bowl until melted.

5. Add egg yolk and cream mix with chocolate.

6. Chocolate and egg white mix well.

7. Put into fridge for 2hours.
