Tiramisu
Tiramisu

Main Ingredents :
- Egg
- Sugar
- Black coffee
- Cocoa powder
Ingredents :
- 250 g organic mascarpone - 24 spoon biscuits - 3 organic eggs - 100 g whole sugar - 50 cl of unsweetened black coffee - 30 g of cocoa powder (preferably raw) - 1 CS of liquid or powdered vanilla
Method :
1. Separate egg whites from yolks. 2. Mix the yolks with the whole sugar and vanilla. 3. Add the mascarpone and whisk gently. 4. Assemble the whites in snow and incorporate them gently with a spatula in the previous mixture. 5. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and cover the bottom of a dish or a glass. 6. Cover with a layer of mascarpone cream and a layer of moist biscuits. 7. Alternate the layers with the layer of cream.
8. Sprinkle with cocoa. 9. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours then serve fresh.
