Carbonara


Carbonara

Place of origin:

- Italy

Main Ingredents :

- Spaghetti

- Egg

- Parmesan Cheese

- Pancetta

Ingredents:

- 3 large Egg

- 50g Parmesan cheese

- 200g Pancetta cut into 1cm piece

-200g dried Spaghetti

- 1 clove Garlic

-1 tsp olive Oil

-Salt & Papper

Method :

1.Use a pot to cook spaghetti of salted water until *1 Al dente.(save some cooking water).

2. Heat a pan on medium heat with olive oil and pancetta until colour.

3. Peeled a garlic add to the pan until pancetta starts to crisp up and put out.

4. Use a bowl add 3egg yolks , parmesan cheese , seasoning with papper and mix well.

5. Add a little cooking water , spaghetti into the bowl until glossy.

6. Add pancetta into the bowl mixing and season to taste.

7. Setup to serve.
