Braised Pork Belly (Buta no Kakuni )

Place of origin :

- Japan

Main Ingredents :

- Pork belly
- Sake
- Soy sauce
- Spring online
- Ginger

Ingredents :

- 400g Pork belly
- 1 Spring onine (White part & Green part)
- 2piece of Ginger (skinned)
- 750ml Water
- 100ml Sake
- 2-3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar

Method :

1. Add water into a saucepan,water cover pork belly.
2. Add ginger , green part of spring onion into the saucepan.
3. low-Medium heat for 30mins.
4. Take out the pork belly and leave the water for use.
5. Use another saucepan ,add pork belly 1cup of pork belly water ,soy sauce ,sake ,sugar ,white part of spring onion .
6. High heat until boiling ,turn to very low heat slow cook for 1hour.
7. Cut the size you like and with steam rice for dinner.
